Initial Consultation & Concept Design
Goal: To get to know you and understand your vision.
We begin by meeting with you to introduce our selves and get to know a little about you. We discuss your ideas, needs, and style preferences. Whether in person, online meeting, over the phone, or via email, this conversation helps us get to know you and your preferences, understand the scope of the project, the space the piece will occupy, and any specific design details you're envisioning. Together, we'll explore your goals, inspiration, and functional requirements to ensure we’re aligned from the start.
Based on our conversation, we’ll create a preliminary design. This includes AI generated renderings and/or detailed sketches or digital renderings that reflect your vision. We’ll consider dimensions, materials, finishes, and any custom features you’d like. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and suggest modifications. This collaborative process ensures the design perfectly fits your needs and style.

Material Selection & Final Design Approval
Goal: Choose the best materials and finishes for your project.
Together, we’ll explore different material options, such as various hardwoods, grain patterns, finishes, and hardware. We’ll advise you on the best materials that match your desired aesthetic while ensuring durability and functionality. By selecting sustainable, locally sourced materials, you contribute to a long-lasting and eco-friendly product.
Once we've settled on materials, We'll provide digital samples and product information to validate that you're happy with your choices. Once the design and material choices are refined, we’ll finalize the plans for your custom piece.

Build, Finish & Deliver
Goal: Build and deliver your custom piece keeping you involved along the way.
With the design and materials approved, we'll get to work. Throughout the production process, we take great care to ensure precision and quality. Each step is completed with attention to detail, using time-honored woodworking techniques to create a piece that meets our high standards of durability and beauty.
We will keep you informed every step of the way providing progress updates as things move along. Throughout the build and finishing process, we’ll keep you updated on progress. Whether it’s sending photos of your piece coming to life or answering any questions, we make sure you’re involved and informed from start to finish.
Once your project is completed, we'll schedule delivery and offer guidance on caring for your custom furniture to ensure it remains a cherished piece for years to come. If any adjustments or refinements are needed over time, we’re here to help.
